Additional Program Features

  • Weekly Tests and Analysis: Each week will include a mini-test based on the topic covered, with detailed feedback.
  • Friday Debates and Extempore: These will be held bi-weekly to enhance analytical and communication skills.
  • Peer Learning and Group Study: Regular sessions for peer discussions, query resolution, and collaborative learning.
  • Multi-Platform Support: Ongoing support through in-person sessions, calls, and email queries.
  • Optional Subject (PSIR and Geography): Weekly sessions for optional subject preparation, integrated into the schedule.

This 50-week structure ensures that students are well-prepared, receive continuous support, and build the skills necessary for excelling in the UPSC exam with GEO IAS.

 

The Mentorship Program is designed to provide comprehensive support for a duration of 12 months. Throughout this period, participants are encouraged to engage with their mentors in person every Saturday at the office, following a fixed schedule. Additionally, participants may arrange in-person meetings with their mentors at any time during the week if necessary.

For continuous support and guidance, mentors will also be available for calls at any time. In the event that a participant successfully clears the prelims, the mentorship program’s validity will be extended to offer ongoing support until their final selection.

Dedicated Mentorship Rooms

  • One-on-One Mentoring Spaces: Private rooms equipped for confidential mentoring sessions, where mentors can guide students on individual study plans, time management, and specific subject challenges.

Assigned Personal Mentors

  • Personalized Guidance: Each student is assigned a mentor to track their progress, provide academic and emotional support, and tailor preparation strategies based on strengths and weaknesses.
  • Regular Check-ins: Scheduled sessions for mentors to review students’ progress, identify improvement areas, and adjust study plans as needed.

Progress Tracking and Feedback Systems

  • Feedback Mechanisms: Structured feedback on answer writing, mock test performance, and overall preparedness with actionable advice for improvement.

Study Material and Resource Access

  • Exclusive Mentor-Recommended Content: Access to premium resources, recommended readings, and specially curated notes prepared or suggested by mentors.
  • Current Affairs Modules: Mentor-guided materials on current affairs and daily news updates tailored to the UPSC syllabus.

Test Series and Evaluation Support

  • Regular Mock Exams: Test rooms for administering scheduled mock exams with mentors available for guidance and debriefing.
